Information We Collect

As with most web servers on the net, when you enter the Site we will automatically record certain information about your visit in a "log" file. This information may include your IP address, and hostname if available; the date and time of your access to the Site; the referring page, if there was one; the pages you visit on our Site; the type of browser and operating system you use (your browser will give this information automatically to all web servers); and the media files you have purchased, downloaded, played, the number of times they have been played, and the last date they were played.

In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID and password to make it easier for you to login when you come back to the Site. You can remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser if you want to disable this convenience feature.

Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on the Site is a violation of the Terms of Use and should be reported to privacy@alanprobst.com.

On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

We also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our Site, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, our Users or others.
